Our client is a leading medical and wellness service provider in Hong Kong, renowned for offering high-quality and integrated healthcare services. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Centre Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of their medical centres in Hong Kong. This role involves managing staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, maintaining high standards of patient care, and optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing patient experience and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee centre operations and provide operations support
• Enhance patient satisfaction, manage appointment scheduling, and ensure efficient daily operations to maximize patient throughput and staff productivity.
• Manage the relationship of and coordinate well with practitioners / healthcare partners on daily centre operations
• Work closely with internal support functions and practitioners / healthcare partners to formulate and execute business growth initiatives
• Organise regular operation meetings to review centre performance and operational issues
• Prepare business reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions and initiatives
• Monitor financial metrics, oversee clinical operations to ensure high patient outcomes, and compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Foster a positive work environment and coordinate staff training
• Project management and ad hoc administrative support

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Operations Management or related discipline
• 8 years’ centre operations experience preferably in healthcare related industry
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Mature, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast growth environment
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English including Mandarin
