Handle all telephone calls, enquires and complaints
Manage and maintain daily operation smooth
Provide good standard of customer services to all guests
Handle all administrative and clerical work
Assist to ad-hoc tasks and projects if required
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree or above
At least 1 year working experience in customer services / hosiptiality industry or relevant industries
Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including of Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Officer /Manager position
