Job Descriptions:

  • Handle all telephone calls, enquires and complaints
  • Manage and maintain daily operation smooth
  • Provide good standard of customer services to all guests
  • Handle all administrative and clerical work 
  • Assist to ad-hoc tasks and projects if required

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree or above
  • At least 1 year working experience in customer services / hosiptiality industry or relevant industries 
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including of Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Officer /Manager position
