What you’ll be doing:

• Greet our privilege customers and ensure they are served with premium food services;
• Oversee the ordering process, ensure the right order is delivered in a timely fashion;
• Monitor food and beverage inventory to ensure optimum levels;
• Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas in a high standard;
• Respond appropriately to customers' enquiries and assist them throughout their dining experience.

About you: 

• Form 5 or above;
• Relevant experience in hotel or catering is an advantage;
• Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• More experience will be considered as Captain.
