Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Propose and monitor necessary improvements and modifications to existing building facilities as well as planned maintenance schedule
• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
• Prepare related reports, quotation and data entry for maintenance works

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Service Engineering / or equivalent
• At least 1 year's practical working experience in building service
• Experience on ELV system or IT network system preferred
• Mature, independent and self-motivated
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing
