Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine accounting works includes voucher entry and bank reconciliation
  • Perform match and check & appropriate approvals before processing invoices for payment settlement
  • Assist in month-end closing & prepare monthly audit schedules and internal reports
  • Assist in stocktaking & fixed assets physical counting
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Have LCC&I Certificate in Book-keeping (Intermediate Level) or equivalent
  • Have attained Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in the HKDSE / HKCEE, or equivalent
  • Be familiar with computer software like Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • At least two years relevant working experience
  • Work Location: Yau Ma Tei
