Minimum 8 years’ secretarial/personal assistant experience in serving senior executives on business matters in sizable corporations
Experience in mainland business operations an added advantage
Organized, attentive to details and strong numerical sense
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Able to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
Provide full range of personal support to senior executive on business matters in Hong Kong / the mainland
Prepare reports for internal & external meetings
Conduct market research, analyze data and compile related reports
Attend to business trips to the mainland occasionally and organize itinerary details
Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned by the senior executive
