Search, identify and recommend potential site according to the requirement of strategic site plan for the expansion of store network as well as lease renewals of existing stores
Assist in implementing leasing strategies to achieve company’s objectives, and budget planning and control
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and analyze market trends
Conduct analysis of identified sites taking into account of geographic, area demographics and sales potential to support the opening of new store
Work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth opening of new store and negotiate with landlord, management office to address property management issues
Be responsible for all matters related to the existing property portfolio, including the rental renewals of outlets and legal compliance
Handle leasing works such as preparation of leasing documents and reports, lease negotiation, etc.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Degree holder in Real Estate, Property / Facility Management, Business Administration, Marketing , Surveying or related disciplines
Over 4 years' working experience in Hong Kong real estate and in leasing of commercial / retail properties
Experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is highly preferable
Proactive, responsible with good communication & negotiation skills
Independent, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer or Leasing Assistant
