Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage application projects to ensure they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality standards.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to formulate and execute strategies that enhance the effective use of business applications, such as PMS and ERP, throughout the organization, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability via integration.
• Track application performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot application-related issues, coordinating with other IT team members for effective resolution.
• Regularly conduct audits and assessments to ensure all business applications adhere to security policies, and collaborate with the IT security team to implement incident response plans and mitigation strategies for security breaches (e.g., SRAA, OWASP, Penetration Testing, Stress Testing, PIA, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• 8 years of experience in business application development and management, 3 years leadership experience in teams / projects with a proven track record of successful implementation.
• Solid experience in big scale business applications projects from planning, discovery, design, implement, quality control and delivery, broad understanding of businesses and functions with the ability to navigate in IT enterprise systems with IT security standard
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Prior working experience in head quarter is a must, industry experience gained from real estate or property management, or park management can be beneficial
