Responsibilities :
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Support the compensation analysis process by gathering and analyzing salary data and benchmarking information.
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to compensation and benefits for management review.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new benefits programs and policies.
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials for employees regarding compensation and benefits.
- Support HR team with various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
