Drive the utilization of AISC through the AI Subsidy Scheme and other relevant offerings.
Develop and execute strategies to attract new user to AISC and new applicants to AISS, showcasing its unique value proposition.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with various stakeholders ecosystem partners to enhance the AISC’s offerings.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for the AISC and AI Lab.
Build and maintain strong relationships with AISC users and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide administration support to the subsidy scheme and the AI Lab, including but not limited to:
Application processing, progress monitoring, issue investigation, complaint handling, and document preparation, etc.
Monitor the status of the subsidy scheme, the progress of approved projects and activities within the AI Lab.
Prepare and submit progress and annual summary reports to the Board of HKCMCL and the government.
Serve as the subject matter expert on the subsidy scheme and the AI Lab, handle inquiries from different stakeholders and advising on ways to streamline various procedures.
Provide support for ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a ecosystem building and funding management context.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or any related field.
Demonstrated success in engaging clients and closing high-value deals.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with specific examples of successful outcomes.
Proven experience in scheme and administrative role.
Excellent presentation skills, organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on relationship building.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
