Key Responsibilities:

• Supportive role for driving the programme implementation in terms of communication, planning and coordination come across by the multiple projects including but not limited to Training Programmes and Budding Scheme on Innovation and Technology which aims to foster students' interest in the I& T field to be aligned with the Youth Development Blueprint.
• Engage with the Service Provider for the contents in the training programme which shall be aligned to the strategic direction in STEAM education with essential knowledge from I& T development.
• Assist in Smart Living Cluster & Youth Development Programmes, including coordination, planning and execution in programmes and the relevant events which aim to nurture youth talents to thrive in the technological landscape.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the training contents of the seminars which should facilitate the participants to develop basic understanding of entrepreneurship and design thinking, enrich participants' knowledge on the development of cutting-edge development of I& T, and provide them with an exposure on l&T industries and business.
• Guide the Service Provider to deliver professional engagement with the participants during the courses as well as formulating the evaluation report from an academic perspective to evaluate for the participants' performance through the group work and the quiz materials for the training courses itself.
• Assist in project development, production, and maintenance of promotional materials in a timely manner.

Project Implementation & Budget Monitoring

• Assist in developing and implementing the programmes' details, application, and execution alignment.
• Review recipients project spending and the KPI if necessary.
• Assist in coordinating with certain parties to the relevant meeting and interviews by providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Manage the overall budget spending in the proper areas with reasonable justification in guideline.

Other Administration Support

• Organize and maintain a proper filing system for the programmes and database.
• Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials and minutes.
• Devise marketing plans or campaigns to cultivate success stories of those youth talents being nurtured.
• Support other initiatives of the Public Mission Team and perform any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate.

Requirements:

• 4 years or above work experience in relevant fields or organizations
• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business System, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Strong project management and analytics skills.
• A relationship-builder and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and targets, as well as proven capabilities to work effectively with team support.
• Proficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing etc.
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, and use of graphics software is an advantage.
• Experience in negotiating and partnering with NGOs, Youth Associations, Government, digital tech associations, academic institutions, and business enterprises.
• Working experience in governmental organizations in handling funding related projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; good Mandarin is an advantage.

The position is on a 12-month temporary contract.
