Key Responsibilities:
• Report to Manager/ Senior Manager of Information and Communication Technology.
• Provide help desk support and guidance to use IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT application and system functionality.
• Arrange and conduct application and system tests to ensure system quality is up to an acceptable level.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare user training materials and arrange regular training to users.
• Document, report and resolve issues reported by users, prepare a monthly service support report.
• Assist to organise competitions and events to promote IT application adoption.

The position is on a temporary contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs
