Job Description: Product Manager
Experience: minimun 1 year experience in Crypto or related financial industries (Banking, Financial Services, Forex, or Stock Exchange).

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Product Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will take ownership of product development and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the financial or crypto landscape. This role requires onsite work at our Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the crypto or financial industries.
- Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize the user experience.

Requirements:
- minimun 1 year experience in Product Management within Crypto or related financial industries, such as Banking, Financial Services, Forex, or Stock Exchange.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Putonghua) is essential.
- Strong team player with the ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin (Putonghua) to align with stakeholders and partners.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.

Candidates with previous internship experience as a product manager will also be considered for this role
