Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team to work in a collaborative and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Hunan Resources or Accounting and have 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll management and outsourced payroll system. This role requires strong numerical skills and a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and taxation.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities
Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll processing.
Oversee the procurement process related to payroll services and vendor management.
Maintain meticulous payroll records and ensure data integrity.
Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and taxes.
Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and regulatory authorities.
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years in HR Operations including payroll management, and with a strong focus on outsourced payroll systems.
Understanding of the procurement process and vendor management.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
A genuine enjoyment of working with numbers and financial information.
Knowledge of employee benefits administration and tax principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
