Job Description:

• Handle customer service and maintenance request
• To coordinate with other departments to provide the service

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in any field
• Work experience in call centre would be highly preferred
• Minimum 1 year working experience in customer services or other related field
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
