Program Manager for STEAM, AI, and Entrepreneurship Program

The CoCoon Foundation is seeking a Program Manager for STEAM, AI, and Entrepreneurship Program to lead our mission of empowering youth through entrepreneurial life skills and cutting-edge technology. This role combines digital and in-person curriculum delivery, requiring a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for innovation. You will be an individual contributor who can learn, curate, and optimize technology for the foundation, while also motivating the team to deliver execution excellence, ensuring our programs reach and inspire thousands of students across Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development & Execution:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of technology-driven educational platforms and tools.
• Apply computational thinking and engineering problem-solving to optimize program delivery and impact measurement.

Leadership & Team Motivation:

• Inspire and lead a team to achieve program goals with a focus on execution excellence.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Utilize data analysis to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.

Partnerships & Growth:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with technology companies, educational institutions, and donors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a technology company with a strong understanding of software development, data analysis, or related fields.
• Strong passion for education, technology, and social impact
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
• A proactive, analytical, and hands-on approach with startup agility.
