Responsible for all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, staff benefits administration, MPF & taxation management;
Responsible for answering employee enquiries concerning with payroll matters
Update and maintain HR system
Prepare various analysis and payroll reports for management review;
Provide support in salary and benefits benchmark surveys
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Human Resources, Accountancy or Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in HRIS/payroll, benefit administration in sizeable organizations, preferably in beauty/retail industry
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, Tax regulationand MPF Scheme Ordinance
Hands on experience in using Payroll and HRIS – IPLwill be an advantage
Able to handle large volume headcounts (around 30-60 headcounts)
Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent skill using Excel
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
Self-motivated, fast-learner, proactive and strong time management skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight schedule & pressure
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
