As a Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our brand narrative and driving growth through strategic media campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media strategies across both Web3 and traditional media channels, with a particular focus on the Chinese and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement innovative media campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. Leverage your deep understanding of the Web3 media landscape to effectively reach target audiences.
Media Budget Optimization: Manage and optimize the media budget to maximize return on investment, ensuring the most efficient allocation of resources.
Strategic Development: Create and execute creative, data-driven media strategies that align with overall business goals.
Media Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for media and their business development teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners.
Content Optimization: Optimize and adapt English content to resonate with international audiences, ensuring clarity, cultural relevance, and SEO optimization.
Media Sentiment Monitoring: Track and analyze media sentiment, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and execution, preferably with a background in cryptocurrency or fintech industries.
Proven experience in successfully planning and executing media campaigns.
Proficient in using media planning and buying tools.
Experience with media monitoring and analytics platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
