The global bank is looking for a highly skilled Manager for Agency Collection to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections or risk management and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the agency collection process.

Your new role

• Manage and oversee the agency collection process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquency.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the collection proces

What you'll need to succeed

• Open to big 4 candidates, open to banking risk candidates with no special assets/ collections experiences. Proven experience in retail collection within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications in collections or related fields are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in collections or risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
