Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our payments product strategy and execution. T he ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment systems, particularly with Visa and Mastercard, and a passion for driving innovation in the Web3 space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement products that enhance our payment offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for our payments portfolio, aligning with business goals and market demands.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the payments landscape.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including payment networks and crypto platforms.
• Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Mentor and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments and financial services.
• Proven experience working with Visa and Mastercard payment systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 concepts; crypto experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
