We are looking for a Customer Service Officer, who will support our Customer Service Booking team in providing exceptional customer services. The individuals will:

• Responsible for appointment booking and patient registration
• Handle phone call and email enquiries
• Handle complaints and execute improvement plan
• Provide clerical and administrative supports
• Support other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable with pleasant personality
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin
• General PC knowledge of MS Office (including Chinese and English typing)
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Shift duty required
