French company specialized on GWP,& packaging items to accompany and promote luxury & cosmetics brand’s products is looking for a Project manager – GWP & PACKAGING Buyer.

Your missions:

- Following purchasing projects with both: our sales Teams & clients in EUROPE/ ME (Luxury & Cosmetics brands) & our Purchasing office in Dongguan

- Follow up of the complete product development, buying & production process: briefs reception, products developments & sampling follow-up, production processes, quotation preparations, production follow up, Tests & norms follow up, quality standards, audits, inspections organization- untill the delivery into our client’s warehouses.

- Ensure negotiations & remiting adequate quotations to the client with targeted benefits & margins.

- Follow-up of different customers projects & briefs – Clients mostly specialized in Luxury & Cosmetics

- Coordination & follow up of different teams: Design, Sales, Sourcing teams in Dongguan, Laboratory, Logistics, Quality control team..

- Managing delivery & quality issues with both 2 parts (Customers & suppliers), and find the appropriate solutions

- Becomes a key member of procurement team that will drive sustained performance and improve procurement effectiveness.

- Weekly follow-up meetings with sales and the customers in Europe

- Other duties can be required: as factories visiting, logistics following with our forwarders, accompany customers during their visits to China, implement of new RSE internal policy…

Your profile :

• Able to work under pressure & follow many different projects, for different processes on the same time

• Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in International Trade or Purchasing or similar

• 5-7 years experience on a Purchasing role, Packaging & Gifts industry

• Strong analytical and critical skills

• Practical, innovative and agile mindset. Proactivity, and solution minded.

• Ability to simplify and communicate on complex topics

• Fluent English and French is mandatory – Mandarin is a plus

• Skilled with Microsoft softwares

• Able to visit our office based in Dongguan once or twice per week

• Salary : to be discussed following the profile & experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12,852.16 - $40,000.00 per month
