Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects of building facilities to keep our logistics centers running efficiently
• Lead the new warehouse projects and upgrades of the existing ones
• Be the go-to-expert for all the related to building facilities
• Handle procurement and technical contracts
• Guide our maintenance teams and contractors in modernizing systems to boost efficiency and performance
• Develop and manage the annual budget for repairs, maintenance and capital projects
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• With at least 10 years of relevant experience in building maintenance and/or fitting-out projects
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker B0 or above is required
• Membership in HKIE, IMechE, IEEE, CIBSE or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager - Engineering
