Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with teams to integrate AI methods into research processes, focusing on computational simulations in quantum mechanics, molecular dynamics, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, and mechanical properties, with flexibility to address new challenges.
• Conduct research on AI technologies and methods to drive innovation and advance the company’s AI capabilities.
• Develop and execute the company’s AI strategy, including preliminary research, forecasting, and medium-to-long-term planning, while staying updated on AI advancements and identifying strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of research experience in thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, mechanical properties, and AI/ML applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent time management and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills for high-paced, high-pressure environments.
