Looking for a Sales Director in charge of the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute sales strategies with the General Manager
• Oversee business expansion and team management in Hong Kong
• Sell various fabrics, develop new clients, maintain existing relationships
• Implement company management and marketing systems
• Attend industry exhibitions for market research and promotion
• Analyze market trends, inventory, and competitor dynamics
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance
• Build a professional sales team and improve targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field; fluent English essential
• 10+ years of textile sales experience, 5+ in management
• Strong negotiation skills and adaptability
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, ERP)
• Excellent communication and team spirit
• Existing U.S. client resources will given priority consideration
