We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Estate Manager to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and service providers
Coordinate and supervise the work of third-party service providers, such as cleaners, security guards, and tradespeople
Ensure properties comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
Assist with the leasing and marketing of properties as required
Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports to clients
Requirements:
Degree in Property & Facility Management or a related field.
Holder of a PMP License (Tier 1).
Membership in HKIH, CIH, or RPHM is a plus.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proficient in Building Management Ordinance (BMO) and related ordinances
Independent, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
