Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Lead to oversee our onshore and offshore testing teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across a range of technology products, including web applications and mobile apps. This role requires a strong leader who can navigate complex application testing in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage both onshore and offshore testing teams to ensure effective UAT processes across all tech products.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders, to define testing requirements.
• Review and analyze business requirements and functional specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, and scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Monitor and report testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
• Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
• Mentor and train team members in testing methodologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to software testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in UAT, functional, regression, and performance testing of complex applications.
• Proficiency in testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Verbal fluency in English
