Customer Service Representative – Hotline and Membership Service (Fulltime)
Handle customers’ enquiry through phone calls, emails, walk-in customers and library daily operation tasks such as membership registration, renewal and DVD/Soundtrack borrowing service, etc.
Update information on our website and telephone ticketing system
Maintain daily operation of hotline office and the membership database
Data input and filling
Assist promoting & operating members activities
Execute and participate at diversified film festivals, movie sharing sessions, preview screenings etc.
Shift-duty and work on public holidays are required
9 hrs a day (1 casual leave a week)
Job Requirements:
F5 or above
Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred
Be punctual, responsible, enjoy to communicate with people, cheerful, able to work independently, patience and good telephone skills
Experience in customer service preferred
Good command of Microsoft office, (word, excel) and other computer skills
Immediate available with passionate in film or culture is preferred
