Job Description:

We're seeking a technology enthusiast and fast learner as (Associate) ML Data Engineer who's passionate about emerging tech trends and eager to experiment with cutting-edge technologies. You'll join our team in developing our revolutionary Multi-Agent CDP system with integrated local LLM capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

LLM-Related:

• Assist in developing and fine-tuning local LLMs for specific business domains
• Support the implementation of LLM-powered conversational agents
• Help optimize LLM models for product deployment
• Contribute to building domain-specific training datasets
• Support LLM integration with existing CDP agents

Agent Development:

• Assist in developing specialized CDP agents focusing on:
• Contextual understanding agents with LLM capabilities
• Pattern discovery agents
• Segment adaptation agents
• Solution recommendation agents
• Support agent communication and coordination systems
• Help implement agent learning capabilities and behavior models
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development of the agent ecosystem
• Develop and maintain agent monitoring dashboards
• Assist in building agent-based data pipelines
• Support agent deployment and performance optimization
• Help maintain agent documentation and knowledge bases

Requirements:

LLM-Specific:

• Understanding of transformer architectures and language models
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, Langchain, Ollama)
• Basic knowledge of model quantization and optimization
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong Python programming skills
• Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems e.g. AutoGen, n8n, Langgraph (beneficial)
• Experience with React JS and modern frontend development
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
• Basic understanding of distributed systems
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with eagerness to learn

Technical Skills:

• AI/ML: PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow
• Frontend: React JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Streamlit
• Backend: Python, SQL
• Tools & Platforms: Git/bitbucket, Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Additional Knowledge: REST APIs, Agent Communication Protocols
• Beneficial: Experience with reinforcement learning, NLP
