Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus (enthusiastic beginners are welcome)
• Patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure with a smile
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, or CRM systems)
• College degree required
