Main purpose of the role:

Our client is seeking a junior derivatives lawyer to join them for a short-term contract, starting as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide legal support in respect of derivatives transactions and other Global Markets products and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain templates and liaising with external counsel when necessary.
• Assisting with documentation such as drafting and reviewing ISDA Master Agreements, trade confirmations and product term sheets.
  
  
  

Person specification:

• You are a qualified solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE of relevant experience with a reputable local or international law firm.
• You have recent experience working on derivatives transactions and global markets documentation (ISDA master agreements).
• You have excellent transactional, negotiation and drafting skills and will have demonstrated the ability to take initiative and apply good commercial and legal judgment.
• You are an adaptable and resourceful individual with growth mindset.
