Job Responsibilities:

• Handle medical claims in accordance with company’s guideline and policy schedules
• Closely monitor and follow up supportive documents for the claims
• Communicate with policy holders, intermediaries, and service providers to provide high quality claims services to patients
• Provide general administrative support to the company, intermediaris
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education preferably
• 2 - 3 years claims experience in medical insurance is advantageous
• Knowledge in insurance principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated & having pleasant personality
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
• Attention to details with high accuracy rate
• Ability to work independently
