Responsibilities

• Be responsible for product success in driving the end-to-end processes of product innovation, development, testing, implementation training and end user support
• Identify the needs and opportunities for digital transformation of air freight forwarding, chartered, GSA and BSA business
• Lead the team to strategize, design and continuously optimize the air-freight-related operational processes and system functionalities of the global FMS system, as well as its integration with other IT systems
• Adopt a user-centric-design and service-oriented-architecture approach to model user experience and integration points
• Work with various stakeholders to implement the product globally, and harvest lessons learned and feedback to improve product
• Proactively monitor industrial trends and evaluate innovative technologies such as AI technology, to capture new opportunities, enable business development, improve operational capability and efficiency
• Handle ad hoc project when required
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate or above in related discipline
• 8 Years or above working experience in IT/Digital, including 3-5 years as Product Manager or Business Analyst for key application systems, project management and multicultural experience is an added value
• Comprehensive experience with cargo airlines and/or freight forwarding industry, familiar with IATA and other industrial standards and initiatives is a plus
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as Axure or Figma and producing quality BRD/PRD
• Familiar with Agile software engineering methodology
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with sound business and organizational acumen
• Excellent communication, practical and can-do attitude, team player and ownership mindset
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is must, Cantonese is a plus
