Responsibilities

  • Research and brainstorm new client acquisition methods
  • Drive the market growth for both financial prodcuts and trading products in EU or APAC region
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through sustained communication, customized service, online or offline activities, etc.
  • Identify and understand the diverse trading needs of individual, high-net-worth, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor & conduct a detailed analysis of users’ trading volume, revenue metrics, user behavior and more.
  • Create comprehensive and analytical reports, effectively communicating and presenting information both quantitatively and graphically.


Requirements

  • Must have experience in sales or financial services in crypto industry
  • Must have adequate experience in maintaining excellent relationships with high-net-worth or corporate clients
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible in various complex situations and perform well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
