Working Location: Central
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (2 weeks five days work per month; 2 weeks six days work per month)
What this job involves
- - To operate/ use of audio and visual equipment and to provide technical assistance regarding the types of visual aids to be used and provides instruction on the equipment use.
- Prepare event equipment (included stage panel, signage, furniture, audio equipment)before venue handover
- To monitor, troubleshoot and repair any equipment during and after use.
- To meet with clients or client ‘s representatives to determine the technical needs for their event
- To monitor event setup, crowd control, cordon off and dismantle and etc..
- Operation support
- To minimize the risk of incident during event setup/dismantle
- To maintain inventory of equipment and supplies-
- Performs related work as assigned
- To submit/prepare event report or related report
- Equipment check and repair arrangement

Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Previous experience in event operations or audio-visual support is preferred
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of audio and visual equipment, including troubleshooting and repair
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of event planning and risk management is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
