Assistant Human Resources Officer - Educational Services Department (Ref: AHRO/ESD/02-25)
Assist the pre-schools in the daily HR operations including but not limited to recruitment & selection, staff movement, termination, compensation and benefits, performance management, contract renewal, staff records, attendance management, leave records, etc.
Support recruitment of primary, secondary or special schools and joint functions of all schools such as graduation ceremony and joint recruitment
Assist in the enhancement/ maintenance of Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and employee attendance system
Support staff related events
Conduct research relating to HR or education field for Pre-schools
Assist in the preparation of periodic reports
Assist in the implementation, update and review of HR policies
Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience. Prior experience in education field is a plus
Hands on in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web applications
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Meticulous, organized and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A team player with good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
Hands-on PC operation in both English & Chinese
