Requirements:

• Craft certificate in appropriate engineering discipline with at least five (5) years of working experience in the maintenance work of electrical, electronic, networks, or software systems
• At least 1 year working experience in IT operation
• Basic knowledge of Windows server and Unix systems
• Good team player and good communication
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Experience to handle, amongst other duties, routine maintenance, repair and improvement works under the direct supervision of the Contractor’s senior technicians in a safe and quality manner
• Possess a valid Hong Kong driving licence class 1 and 2 is preferable.

 Job duties:

• Participate in data center operations including monitor network, server, system backup, security check & fault handling
• Troubleshooting hardware and network issues,
• Supporting 3rd party vendor activities
• Perform daily system monitoring and operation tasks, system administration
• Participate in system infrastructure architecture design and enhancements
• Maintain operational documents, update reports and daily data center routine checking
• Support IT Projects such as DR Drill, BCP, Application Release
• Execution of business processes (billing, management report, data retrieval, etc in accordance to procedures)
• 7x24 standby for emergency operation support for data centre & ACL operation.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days per week and 9 working hours per day
• Shift duty is required,  including overnight duty

•  Hong Kong International Airport

 Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technician (Systems)
