Responsibilities:

• Daily coordination within different internal and external parties e.g. artwork follow up, translation, client follow up etc.
• Organize meetings, check schedules, send out invites
• Update WIP document weekly
• Job opening, quote & invoice follow up
• Strategy and creative presentation material preparation
• Develop post-mortem reports for completed campaigns
• Reporting & filing

Requirements:

• Graduates in any discipline with interest and passion to advertising
• 1 year of experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment
• Independent, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese is a must
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Fresh Graduates would also be considered as Account Executive
