Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives
• Provide guidance and support on organizational design, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
• Lead initiatives related to employee development, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex HR issues, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and compensation
• Lead and facilitate HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and talent assessments
• Drive change management initiatives and support organizational growth and transformation efforts
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in the HR field and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• At least 15 years’ experience from a leading global financial services firm in a senior leadership capacity
• Native Mandarin is highly advantageous – will consider written & spoken to a business level
