Overview

Strengthen the quality support for TJX HKBO focus on quality administration and coordination. The responsibility includes maintaining quality document, liaise with service providers for regular updates, billing and quality activities reporting, vendor quality score card and performance management, vendor self-inspection program support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Quality Systems related to document databases
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal quality system
  • Administrative operation of the corrective actions
  • Analysis of vendors and regulatory requirements to assess their effect on the internal quality system
  • Support of vendor audits as directed
  • Quality assurance input on the vendor quality program
  • Quality assurance record retention
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Draft and submit monthly vendor performance and 3rd party billing report
  • Support Inspection processes and vendor training when required
  • Handle internal and vendor enquiries on quality program
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in the Retail, Sourcing and Buying Office, Testing or Inspection Company
  • Hands-on experience of apparel, home and consumer product quality and compliance
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality tools application, AQL, SPC.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills that can be used to combine and analyze data from various sources, and generate reports and graphics to help drive decision-making
  • Proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin & English a must
  • Proven track record to work creatively and analytically to deliver results
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners
