Reporting to Head of Human Resources, assist to administer senior management and department heads' HR matters including recruitment, salary and contract renewal, performance management, succession planning etc.,
Prepare board meeting proposals and minutes in Chinese
Participate in HR projects such as digitalization, HRIS implementation, policy review etc.,
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in human resources
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different level of staff
Proficiency in Chinese and English
