Job description

We are seeking a candidate to assist in overseeing procurement processes, manage the complete procurement cycle, ensure compliance with company policies, and optimize supplier performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

 

Job Duties:

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle, including vendor sourcing, tendering, commercial evaluation, final recommendations and contract negotiation.
• Manage category portfolios for Food & Beverage / Facility Management Service. 
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including compliance with payment process, maintenance of accurate records, and facilitation of audit follow-ups. 
• Monitor and evaluate supplier / subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and service standards. 
• Identify and analyze market trends to explore new sourcing opportunities and innovative products. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and drive process improvements. 
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on supply chain performance and metrics to senior management. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. 
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

 

Job Requirements:

• Associated degree (or above) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions. 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Manager.
