Role Purpose:

To provide critical financial & commercial data insights & analysis and proposes business development strategies & commercial actions to management and various teams to support Company business strategies & growth revenue targets.

A typical day in this Role:

  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop impactful business strategies and commercial actions that drive revenue and foster growth, all while aligning with our organization's overarching goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize your analytical skills to deliver compelling, data-driven insights. You'll create strategic reports that analyze financial and customer data, market trends, and the competitive landscape, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Lead and Empower: Take the lead in guiding your team through data access analysis, design, and metrics. Your contributions will support key projects, reports, and presentations to management and various teams, making a real impact on our success.
  • Project Management: Drive project requirements, set priorities, and manage deadlines to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Your organizational skills will be crucial in keeping projects on track and achieving our objectives.

Success will depend on:

  • A relevant degree that provides a strong foundation for understanding business principles and practices.
  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 8 years of solid experience in business development and/or the financial industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on process improvement and project management.
  • Strategic Insight: Proven ability to identify business opportunities through a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and financial reports.
  • Analytical Expertise: Skilled in market analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable commercial insights. Capable of presenting findings effectively to senior management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.
