Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analysis Lead (focused on Finance Systems & Processes) to join our team!

​A typical day in this Role:

• System Support: Manage user change requests and provide daily support for financial applications and office automation systems, ensuring smooth operations.
• Finance Transformation: Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and streamline projects, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Project Management: Oversee project schedules, gather and analyze user requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in system tests and user acceptance tests, monitoring the quality of system specifications and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in ad-hoc assignments, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of financial systems and processes.

Success will depend on:

• Academic background in Information Security, Finance or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience in Project Delivery, Requirement Analysis, System Implementation and Support.
• Familiar with financial accounting, consolidation, budgeting and reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion) is valued. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other low-code application technologies is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to finding solutions for complex businesschallenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated individuals who excel at multi-tasking and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to go the extra mile as a key IT partner of Finance.
