Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the area manager in providing high-quality property management services
• Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners
• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
• Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above or with qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 5
• 1 year' s work experience in property management is an advantage
• Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Property and Facility Officer.
