Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction in line with the organization goals and objectives;
• Review and approve direct and reinsurance policies ,endorsements;
• Liaison with internal partners within turnaround time to ensure the smoothness of daily operations;
• Participate in projects and system enhancements to accelerate digital transformation;
• Review procedures and update SOP, workflow to cope with operation processes optimization, enhance operational monitoring and policy accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with professional qualifications (e.g. ACII, ANZIIF);
• 8 years working experience in insurance institution with at least 4 years in a managerial role;
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
• Highly responsible, diligent, precise with numbers, able to work under pressure;
• Good professional ethics, good team player;
• Proficient in Bloomberg, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin is a must).
