Requirements:

• A recognised degree in Electrical / Building Services or related disciplines
• MHKIE or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in contractor or consultant firm in electrical / ACMV design & installation
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Capable to handle projects independently
• Good knowledge in Auto-CAD, experience with using Revit is an advantage
• Adaptable to changes and challenges
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design, co-ordination & project administration of building services systems in existing & new development
• Monitor design & site progress
• Coordinate with various in-house departments and external consultants
