Job Duties:
- Conduct network equipment surveillances, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Conduct remote configuration change and update documentation for customer’s network equipment
- Conduct ad-hoc and emergence changes on network equipment configuration when required
- Helpdesk support
- Coordinate with internal relevant parties and customers on activities related to service restoration, planned maintenance, drill or disaster recovery Job Requirement /
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- Relevant experience in ICT implementation or maintenance support
- Knowledge on the Network Management tool is an advantage
- Knowledge in Router and switch, firewall
- Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner
