Providing services to provide second-tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution, and escalation
Perform Data fixes and Configuration fixes
Work together with Developers who are the third-tier application support to resolve the reported issues by gathering necessary information and problem simulation
Prepare and maintain document of the support service details and troubleshooting steps
Provide solution on performance, service monitoring and proactive system tuning
Provide stand-by and ad-hoc support at non-office hours
Requirements:
Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or related discipline in the IT field
At least 3 years' experience in IT system support and administration with relevant working experience in F&B POS system support will be an advantage
Good technical skill on Windows and mobile applications
Sound experience in Apache and MYSQL sever
Knowledge of application programming, web programming will be definitely an advantage
Knowledge on CI/CD is a plus
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Willing to learn, strong responsibility, good interpersonal & communication skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision
Strong troubleshooting and risk analysis skills with time management capability
