The Job

• Organise regular activities, therapeutic/mutual support groups and festive celebration to residents.
• Coordinate the collaborative projects, mass programs and signature events to residents.
• Mobilise the volunteer teams in rendering community-building activities to residents.
• Conduct regular home visits and concern calls to residents.
• Provide case management and professional counselling for residents, expertise timely referrals to social services whenever necessary and closely liaise with NGOs for subsequent follow-up action to prevent crisis.
• Handle enquiries, feedbacks, and complaints.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

The Person

• Holders of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in building services maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and professional maintenance practices.
